Who publishes the guides
PriceSnap Editorial Team creates and maintains PriceSnap's public valuation, thrifting, collecting, and reseller guides. Product facts are checked against the current PriceSnap app and public first-party sources.
How comparisons are handled
PriceSnap is a participant in the market it covers. Every comparison must disclose that relationship, apply the same test inputs to each app, link to official sources, distinguish public claims from tested behavior, and include meaningful drawbacks as well as strengths.
What counts as evidence
We prefer repeatable tests, screenshots, current App Store or Google Play listings, official product documentation, and closely matched completed sales. A listing price, marketing promise, isolated result, or AI-generated statement is not treated as proof by itself.
Valuation limitations
PriceSnap provides directional estimates for research and buying or selling decisions. It does not replace certified appraisal, professional authentication, physical inspection, legal advice, tax advice, or an insurance valuation.
Updates and corrections
Dated facts such as prices, ratings, platforms, and features are rechecked when a comparison is materially updated. If a factual statement is wrong or outdated, contact us with the page URL and supporting source so the editorial team can review it.
